Airtel has teamed up with Celkon once again for the former's "Mera Pehla 4G Smartphone" initiative, and launched the Celkon Star 4G+. To remind you back in October this year, both teamed up for the first time to launch the Celkon Smart 4G at an effective price of Rs. 1,349.
The new Celkon Star 4G+ will be offered at an effective price of Rs. 1,249, but you'll have to pay Rs. 2,749 upfront. The additional Rs. 1,500 will be refunded after 36 months given that you make a continuous monthly recharge of Rs. 169 without fail. The Rs. 169 pack gives you unlimited voice calls and 500MB data per day for 28 days.
The cash refund will be split into two parts. After successfully recharging Rs. 169 for the first 18 months you will get Rs. 500 cash back, and after another 36 month you'll receive the remaining Rs. 1,000. This will bring down the effective price to Rs. 1,249.
As for the specs, the Celkon Star 4G+ runs the outdated Android Marshmallow and features 4-inch 800x480p display, 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage, 3.2MP/2MP cameras, 4G VoLTE, dual-SIM slots, microSD card slot and 1800mAH battery.
The Celkon Star 4G+ comes in Gold, Champagne, Dark Blue and Black hues, and will be available at all leading mobile stores across the country.
